Meditation can be a great way to center your mind, focus on the things that you want to create in your life. It can also help you stop freaking out over the small things, too. 

How to get started with meditation? Find a quiet spot, just try to relax and focus on breathing. 

Don’t worry about clearing your mind, just breathe. 

After you’ve focused on your breathing for a while, start to listen. Listen to your inner voice. 

Some days this is really hard. Some days you’re just thinking about your To-Do list and the errands you have to run and how you forgot to pick up your dry cleaning. 

It’s ok. It’s a process. Just focus on listening.
