Your action plan for today is to pick your theme song. 

Pick THAT song that you can play that will elevate your mood, lift you from a funk, and get you physically moving.

You won’t believe this, but dancing is one of my secret antidotes to anxiety and overwhelm. 

So get up and MOVE! Dance, Dance, Dance.
